What items can I ship with Import Cargo?

However, we cannot ship prohibited items such as hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, perishable goods (without special arrangement), and live animals.

Do you provide packaging materials?

Standard packaging is included with most services, and specialized packaging is available for fragile or high-value items.

What happens if my shipment is delayed?

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, our team will proactively investigate and keep you updated. Common causes include customs holds, weather disruptions, or volume surges. We work around the clock to resolve delays and will notify you immediately once a revised timeline is available.

Can I change the delivery address after shipping?

Pricing depends on the shipment's weight, dimensions, origin, destination, and chosen service level. Our standard shipping starts from $15 per package, express from $35, and premium from $75. Contact us for a detailed, no-obligation quote tailored to your specific needs.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, we believe in complete transparency. The quote we provide includes all handling and processing fees. The only additional charges that may apply are customs duties and taxes, which are determined by the destination country's government and are beyond our control. We'll always inform you of any potential customs costs upfront.

Do you offer cargo insurance?

Yes, we offer comprehensive cargo insurance for all shipments. Basic coverage is included with standard and express services. For high-value items, we provide enhanced insurance plans covering theft, damage, and total loss. Premium service includes full insurance coverage at no additional cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, mobile money, and cash payments at our offices. For enterprise clients, we also offer invoicing with NET 15/30 payment terms subject to credit approval.

When do I pay for my shipment?

Payment is required before dispatch for new clients. For returning clients and business accounts, we offer flexible payment terms including post-delivery invoicing. A deposit may be required for large or high-value shipments. Our team will confirm the payment timeline when you book.

What is your refund and claims policy?

If your shipment is lost or damaged, you can file a claim within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Our claims team will investigate and process eligible claims within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Service cancellation is possible before dispatch with a small administrative fee.
